Changes to L2WBypass v2:

- You can now stop listening.
- The forward to IP is now loaded by a config.ini file. This offers the availability for you to use the in-game walker work around on any l2 server where in-game walker can work. "Some private servers"
- A reload config button to reload the config IP without reopening L2WBypass.
- A small few visual changes to the GUI to show simple information about the L2WBypass status.
