Faun challenge

I've been playing the Faun challenge for a long time now but have never gotten to the grand prize.
So I'm wondering does anyone notice a pattern in the Faun challenge.
I found out that its rock,scissors,rock,scissors... until you get to single horn. Anyone got farther

Is this by chance related to gaia?

Yeah, you know Faunzy's Flute. You have to choose either rock, paper, or scissors.

So then you buy it, then go to your inventory, then use it?

Yeah. There's an automatic email that you get everyday if you win the challenge.
edit: equip it though

yes, when you lose u get the body hair. So does anyone see a pattern.

No, the pattern seems to be completly random as to how I chose rock at the 1st one and had a draw.
