------------------------------------------------------------------------ Working Bypass for In-Game L2Walker 2.13. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ First download this tool: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] This tool will listen as a server and simply redirect your connection from it to the Lineage 2 login server. This simple bypass works because L2Walker will verify connections from local IPs. Second, you will need to modify your "hosts" file. You can can do this by doing the following. 1. Click Start and then click Run. 2. Enter "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" without the quotes and when windows asks what to open the file with, use notepad. "Note, this above path and file location for the hosts file is for Windows XP" By default your host file content should show "127.0.0.1 localhost" towards the bottom of the file. Add the following lines to the hosts file after all the text located inside of it: 127.0.0.1 L2authd.Lineage2.com 216.107.250.194 nprotect.lineage2.com The second line above for nprotect has been said to only be necessary for Windows XP and not necessary for Vista. Please note that this nprotect line tells your L2 game client to use an older version of gameguard. Without this line you will most likely experience a "hacking tool has been detected" popup box. Note the gameguard popup box does not actually appear to report anything. 3. Once you have modified the hosts file and it has the new line(s) added save the file. 4. Run the tool you downloaded at the top of this page and click "Start Listening." To use this bypass with in-game walker simply download L2walker 2.13 and run L2.bin from it. A few seconds after hitting the character selection screen walker should "VERIFY OK." Note that as long as your hosts file is modified you will need to have the tool listening to log in to L2, otherwise change the hosts file back. Once you have entered your character selection screen the tool does not need to be kept open. This bypass does not work for OOG. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ IG L2Walker 2.13 Download Link: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Please make sure you use this as a last resort. Especially vista users who will need to google on how to save a modified hosts file. This may not be easy for some users. Enjoy! --- Update: July 29, 09. The line "216.107.250.194 nprotect.lineage2.com" NO LONGER usable and should not be in your hosts file. It appears down, or disabled by NCSoft. You will either need to disable gameguard completely to avoid a "Hacking tool has been discovered" pop up box, or after loading L2 with Walker do the following: Type login information into your lineage 2 client's username/password boxes, make sure you have the first line as stated above in this guide still in hosts. "127.0.0.1 L2authd.Lineage2.com." Before logging into Lineage 2 and user/pass info ready to go... as QUICKLY as possible open L2WBypass and click Start Listening and then Login to lineage 2 until you reach the Character selection screen. Once you have reached the character selection screen close L2WBypass AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Note this is if you wish to use gameguard. If successful you will be verified with walker and avoid the gameguard error. If you remove gameguard you don't need to worry period about this error, but I personally like to use gameguard. Update: August 1st 09 Please see [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for discussion on alternate GameGuard error prevention. This thread includes the above update information discussion and on the second page a German emulated gameguard server. This older server will allow you to still have verified walker, at least an the same older gameguard version running and stop hacking tool discovered pop-up boxes. Remember botting is done at your own risk and using older gameguard versions or none at all may result in having your Lineage 2/PlayNC account banned. |

It's pretty amazing a bypass like this even works, some noob on another forum stumbled upon it using another free bot called L2.Net and connecting an l2 client loaded with in-game walker through it. Instead of making you guys download 2-3 separate parts of another bot you wouldn't even be using, I made that simple 28kb app.
There's no telling how long this work around will last, or if it can be patched for this current version of walker, or only for newer versions. We won't know until it happens. Previous versions of walker wouldn't even allow host file modifications, but for some reason this one allows it. |

Yeah odd, it did appear to work once after the servers came up and then stopped! I'll post if anything changes... it could be the walker verification servers are down at the moment or something having to do with this, I get no text in the verification fail/ok info box. Let's wait a bit to determine weather this gets patched or not.

The server might be still having issues, keep trying every once in a while. I had to close L2 and it's not verifying again, I just believe at this time it's the walker verification server having problems... could be like this for some hours, hopefully it's not down because they're working on fixing this work around.
